Caramba!

Watched Jumper with Jovan at Trinoma last Saturday. It was okay. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was because I’ve read a LOT of bad reviews. It was still entertaining, at the end of it all. The best things about the movie are the action scenes, and of course, Rachel Bilson. She is so cute! I hope she’ll have more movies in the future.

There are so many things wrong with the movie, which makes me totally understand all those reviews. The plot was weak, and the ending left so many unanswered questions. What causes someone to jump? Why didn’t Millie totally freak out when she was transported for the first time? What was the point of the mom’s daughter? How did the Palladins find the two jumpers in the Colliseum? How did he find this mother all of a sudden? I figured it was through the other jumper, but if he knew where she lived then why didn’t he go after her before? Why isn’t ‘Jumping’ out there in the open when the Jumpers are reckless?

I don’t recommend this movie. But it’s worth watching on DVD, if only for the action scenes and of course, Rachel Bilson.
